My device shows up in red, is that a problem?

Yes, as long as the bar is showing red, you need to do some manual work. The required fields need to be provided. The ETS import facilitates, but there is no standard in ETS configuration so manual work is needed in many cases to complete configuration. If you have trouble finding the correct group addresses, you should consult ETS or your KNX system integrator.
