1) Via the Thinka Web Interface
- Open your Thinka web interface.
- Navigate to Settings → Remote → Remote access for support.
- Click Start Remote Support Access.
- A unique magic number will be generated.
- Share this magic number with the Thinka support agent to grant secure access.

2) With the Thinka Companion App (App Store)
- Download and open the Thinka Companion App from the App Store.
- Select your Thinka device in the app.
- Tap Remote Access to activate.
- View the magic number displayed.
- Send this number to Thinka support easily by clicking ‘Share with support’.
