- Pricing & value — €700–€850 one-time cost with no subscription, versus €950–€1,200 (plus optional cloud subscription) for the 1Home Server.
Cheaper and better
Thinka is not just the more affordable option in this comparison — it also comes with a wider set of integrations for KNX homes: native Matter bridging, MQTT support, IFTTT and Olisto integrations, alongside certified Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Alexa. These are features that the 1Home Server does not offer out of the box.
