We are excited to announce that KNX Secure support is available to Thinka.

KNX Secure is the security extension of the KNX standard, providing encryption and authentication for KNX installations. As more smart homes and commercial buildings adopt secure-by-design networking practices, KNX Secure has become an increasingly important requirement for modern automation projects.

With this release, Thinka can communicate with KNX Secure-enabled installations while maintaining the seamless integration experience that users expect from Thinka.

KNX Secure protects KNX communications against unauthorized access and manipulation through industry-standard encryption mechanisms. By supporting KNX Secure, Thinka enables integration with installations that require enhanced security without compromising ease of use.

KNX Secure support has been rolled-out to a select group of resellers. This phased rollout allowed installers, integrators, and advanced users to evaluate the new functionality and provide feedback before wider availability.
